1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") establish the rules and regulations governing participation in the CryptoAuditBot Affiliate Program ("Program").

By joining and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "Partner", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions.

CryptoAuditBot ("Company", "We", "Us") reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to all active participants.

2. Program Description

The Affiliate Program is designed to allow approved individuals and entities to actively promote CryptoAuditBot's products and services, and in return receive competitive commissions on qualified sales that are made through their unique affiliate tracking links.

Affiliates are considered independent promoters and are not employees, partners, legal agents, or representatives of CryptoAuditBot in any capacity.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older;
• Operate a social media account, website, blog, or online community with relevant crypto, blockchain, or technology-related content;
• Agree not to promote CryptoAuditBot through misleading, deceptive, spam-based, or illegal methods of any kind.

CryptoAuditBot reserves the right to reject any application or remove any affiliate from the Program that violates these terms or engages in activities that act against the brand's reputation or integrity.

4. Commission and Payouts

• Commission rates range from 15% to 30%, depending on the performance tier achieved by the affiliate.
• Commissions are paid exclusively on verified and successfully completed orders only.
